Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brionic Payments(the "Service"), operated by Brionic Security LLC ("Brionic", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Brionic Payments is a hosted platform that lets businesses create and send invoices denominated in cryptocurrency, currently XRP and RLUSD on the XRP Ledger, and XLM and USDC on Stellar, receive on-chain payments that settle directly to wallets you control, and reconcile them automatically. The Service is provided as software-as-a-service; you do not receive a copy of, or any license to, the underlying software.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or are located in, or a resident of, a sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction.
3. Accounts & security
Sign-in is passwordless. You are responsible for maintaining access to your passkeys and the email address on your account, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Fees
We charge for the Service via a monthly subscription plan. The available plans and their prices are shown in your dashboard under Billing & plans and are disclosed before you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and paid on-chain. We keep no percentage of your sales, you receive 100% of every payment that settles to your wallet. We may change fees or plans with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
5. Crypto payments, settlement & custody
- Payments are made on public blockchains and are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, with an incorrect destination tag/memo, or in the wrong amount.
- Non-custodial by design: payments settle directly to wallet addresses you control. Brionic never receives, holds, or has access to your funds, and does not maintain an account balance on your behalf.
- Cryptocurrency values are volatile. You bear all market, network, and exchange-rate risk. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, or investment adviser, and nothing here is financial advice.
- We do not guarantee the availability, finality, or confirmation time of any blockchain network.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or the sale of illegal goods or services. You are responsible for the legality of your transactions and your customers.
7. Your compliance obligations
You are solely responsible for your own tax, accounting, licensing, anti-money -laundering, consumer-protection, and other legal and regulatory obligations arising from your use of the Service.
8. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brionic Security LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Outstanding balances are handled in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brionic Security LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
